Refunds

Refunds accepted for manufacturer faults only. If wrong item purchased, can be returned and correct item sent, cost variations will be adjusted if required.

Returns

Returns accepted if the parcel has not been opened, unless customer has ordered the wrong item. In case of wrong item, correct item will be sent once received.

Shipping

All shipped items have a tracking number that you will receive upon purchasing. Shipping is a fixed price that is included in the total price before purchase. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and must have a tracking number.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees including Stripe, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal and/or freight at expense of customer.
